As a Channel Sales Manager, managing our Retail & Home Improvement Channels for Consumer Business Group for UK and Ireland, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Leading an experienced and energised key account sales team to execute sales, customer and market strategies across UK and Ireland to build growth with major retail customers in our Retail & Home improvement channels.
- Determining and influencing business decisions to develop customer relationships.
- Managing sales programs around targets, financials, reporting, POS analytics, category management and incentives to drive growth and participating in contract negotiations.
- Setting priorities, assigning resources/tasks and providing performance feedback to build growth.
- Supporting and coaching your sales organisation to demonstrate strong people skills to develop the team to achieve their goals and reach their potential.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution, preferably in Business Management fields.
- Expert selling and customer experience in FMCG/Retail markets.
- Current, valid driver's license is required, as you will be issued a company vehicle for this position.
Preferred Qualifications
- Category Management.
- Negotiations Skills Certification (e.g. GAP).
- Sales management certification.
- Project management.
