As an Amazon eCommerce Specialist, you will take full end‐to‐end ownership of the setup and ongoing management of 3M's product catalog on Amazon in Europe. You will lead the processes required to ensure accurate, high‐quality product content on site, effective PDP creation, and continuous catalog optimization across the region.

In close collaboration with different 3M stakeholders, you will coordinate key e‐commerce activities and projects to ensure that catalog execution aligns with EMEA business priorities. You will also play a critical role in optimizing the path‐to‐purchase experience on Amazon and ensuring that catalog configuration supports strong commercial performance.

Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Serving as the Product Owner for selected 3M portfolios on Amazon, ensuring strong alignment and collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Leading the management and continuous improvement of the Amazon portfolio, including listing quality, new product introductions, and delisting of obsolete items.
  • Collaborating with the Amazon Key Account Manager aligning recommendations and activities with business objectives.
  • Driving both proactive and reactive portfolio‐setup activities, directly influencing order confirmation performance and operational efficiency.
  • Interpreting and validating market, customer, and industry requirements for product data and content and translating them into actionable technical and process specifications.
  • Leading complex, cross‐functional, end‐to‐end projects related to Amazon catalogue setup and optimization.
  • Identifying and analysing negative trends or process delays to determine root causes and define proactive improvement opportunities.
  • Recommending and driving ongoing process enhancements to increase efficiency, strengthen execution, and maximize business value.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet the following minimum requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher preferably in a business related subject.
  • Relevant e‐commerce, digital marketing, and/or merchandising experience with evidence of successful project delivery.
  • Project management and solid Excel skills, including data management.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written).

Additional knowledge / nice-to-have skills / preferred qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Previous experience with Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Vendor Central, or other marketplace platforms.
  • Experience with e‐commerce analytics, digital shelf management, or A/B testing.
  • Demonstrated experience in project leadership.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience applying data‐based insights to guide decisions.
  • Previous experience in a customer‐facing role.
  • Experience in account management, sales planning, or business development.
  • German or another European language as a plus.

Job Specifics

Location: This role has on-site working model, with the employee working at least four days per week at the 3M office in Bracknell, UK.

Travel: May include up to 5%.

Working pattern: Full-time.
