Responsibilities- Responsible for operating production equipment and machinery within the Bangor plant.
- Operating production machinery in line with schedule requirements.
- Ensuring full compliance with all company safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Ensuring production efficiency, reducing downtime and maintaining product quality.
- Reporting required data on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Working as part of a rotational shift crew to achieve production goals.
- Maintaining defined housekeeping standards for the work area.
- Reporting machine running issues and breakdowns to minimize downtime.
- Previous experience in manufacturing/production operations.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and technology.
- Knowledge of EH&S (Environment, Health & Safety).
- Problem‑solving, decision‑making, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with ERP processes (preferably SAP) within a manufacturing environment.
- FLT (Counterbalance/Reach) Licence.
- Full‑time role.
- Shift working Monday to Friday.
- The role will be 100% on site at the 3M Bangor Plant in Northern Ireland.
