Responsibilities
  • Responsible for operating production equipment and machinery within the Bangor plant.
  • Operating production machinery in line with schedule requirements.
  • Ensuring full compliance with all company safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Ensuring production efficiency, reducing downtime and maintaining product quality.
  • Reporting required data on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Working as part of a rotational shift crew to achieve production goals.
  • Maintaining defined housekeeping standards for the work area.
  • Reporting machine running issues and breakdowns to minimize downtime.
Core Skills and Experience
  • Previous experience in manufacturing/production operations.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and technology.
  • Knowledge of EH&S (Environment, Health & Safety).
  • Problem‑solving, decision‑making, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with ERP processes (preferably SAP) within a manufacturing environment.
  • FLT (Counterbalance/Reach) Licence.
