Warehouse Operatives Night Shift
Location: IP24 1HP
Job Type: Ongoing work
Pay: £14.50 per hour for first 12 weeks then £15.98 per hour after 12 weeks
Hours: 6:00 PM finish (typically between 2.30am and 4am) working on a rota, does include weekend working

3M Resourcing are working in partnership with a well-established local bakery that is currently looking to expand its team of Warehouse Operatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order picking and packing of bakery products
- Scanning goods for accurate despatch
- Ensuring products are correctly prepared and ready for delivery
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Shifts:
- Night shift: 6:00 PM finish (typically between 2.30am and 4am) working on a rota
- Working on a rota (including weekends)
- You will have a rota given to you which will have 3 to 5 shifts per week. Additional shifts will be available on an ad-hoc basis normally at short notice.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
