The Role

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities across a range of industries. You'll be a key player in our expansion strategy, working closely with our directors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage with potential clients via outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, knocking on doors and networking events
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects
  • Develop tailored proposals and pitch our recruitment services
  • Negotiate terms and close commercial agreements
  • Collaborate with the directors to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintain CRM records and report on KPIs and performance

About You

  • Proven experience in a B2B sales or business development role (recruitment or staffing experience preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Results-driven with a passion for exceeding targets
