The Role
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities across a range of industries. You'll be a key player in our expansion strategy, working closely with our directors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with potential clients via outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, knocking on doors and networking events
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects
- Develop tailored proposals and pitch our recruitment services
- Negotiate terms and close commercial agreements
- Collaborate with the directors to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain CRM records and report on KPIs and performance
About You
- Proven experience in a B2B sales or business development role (recruitment or staffing experience preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
