Join Our Team as a Streetscene and Waste Operative! 3M Resourcing is partnering with the local authority to recruit enthusiastic and reliable Streetscene and Waste Operatives to support the community in maintaining a clean and green environment across the Plymouth Council area. Key Responsibilities: * Work as part of a dedicated team to collect green gardening waste from residential properties. * Contribute to the smooth operation of the waste collection service. * Ensure all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with council guidelines. Who We’re Looking For: * Previous experience as a Streetscene or Waste Operative is desirable but not essential. * A positive attitude and a strong work ethic are key. * Must be prepared to work outdoors in all weather conditions and walk long distances as part of the daily tasks. * Ability to work as part of a team and independently when required. Hours & Benefits: * Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 4:15 PM. * Opportunities to work outdoors and contribute to maintaining the cleanliness of the local community. * Start date: 17th March 2025. * Closing date for applications: 28th February 2025.
