Overview
The Sample & Shoot Services Coordinator sits within the Sample & Shoot Services team and plays a key role in the day-to-day running of sample management and shoot support across both Women’s Wear and Children’s Wear.
This is a hands‑on role focused on receiving, organising and tracking a high volume of samples, as well as supporting e-commerce and lifestyle shoots.
You’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure samples are prepared, logged and ready on time, while helping to maintain a well‑organised and efficient sample room.
Location/ Working Days
This role is open to either part time (4 days) or full time workers (5 days). Please note, this role is fully based at our North Acton Offices.
What You Will Do
- Receive, log, label and put away a high volume of samples using the sample management system, ensuring accuracy at all times.
- Maintain excellent sample room standards, keeping all areas organised and easy to navigate.
- Prepare and pull samples for e‑commerce and lifestyle shoots, ensuring timely and accurate handovers.
- Pack and track samples for shoots, logging items in and out correctly.
- Support outfitting sessions by organising samples, assisting stylists, photographing looks and updating tracking documents.
- Process post‑shoot sample returns, ensuring all items are checked back in, re‑ticketed and stored correctly.
- Assist with end‑of‑season sample returns back to the warehouse.
- Support the team by chasing outstanding samples with Buying teams ahead of key handovers.
- Work closely with the wider Sample & Shoot Services team and support ad‑hoc tasks during busy periods.
