We are looking for a Sales Assistant to join our multicultural team at Mango, a brand founded in Barcelona with a presence in over 120 countries.
WORK HOURS
16 hours per week.
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcome, smile and approach customers displaying a cordial attitude and a willingness to serve.
- Possess good product knowledge to advise customers in an optimal and precise manner.
- Serve multiple customers simultaneously while offering excellent service to all.
- Be familiar with sales targets and aim to achieve and exceed them, individually and as a team.
- Prioritise customer service above all other tasks.
- Familiarise self with customer needs to maximise sales and provide mandatory services.
- Support maintaining an optimal store image that is attractive to customers at all times.
- Maintain store tidiness, organisation, and check & replenish stock.

- Self‑motivated, self‑propelled team player, vibrant and outgoing, with excellent communication skills, proactive attitude and enthusiasm to represent the brand.
- Must be able to deliver excellent customer service to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Previous experience in fashion retail is desirable.
