Wear Referrals (Linnaeus Veterinary Limited, Mars) is a multi‑disciplinary, veterinary referral hospital located in the North East of England, close to the historic university city of Durham, the thriving city of Newcastle and set between the north east coast, the Pennine mountains and several National Parks.
Specialist services include neurology, orthopaedics, soft tissue surgery, internal medicine, anaesthesia, oncology, diagnostic imaging. Responsibilities
The successful candidate will gain experience in all imaging modalities, with a focus on radiography and ultrasonography initially. The Diagnostic Imaging Intern will be trained in advanced imaging (CT and MRI) image acquisition, and will be part of the OOH rota alongside our existing team of radiographers. The Diagnostic Imaging Intern will also be trained to interpret and write reports across all modalities, with all reporting being under direct supervision by an ECVDI diploma holder.
