The role is not overly intensive but requires reliability, initiative, and a natural interest in technology. While the role is primarily remote, ad hoc on‑site visits will be required (planned in advance), so a UK‑based candidate with flexibility to travel is essential.

    • Maintain servers and ensure platforms/plugins are up to date

    • Support all company tech: laptops, mobiles, CCTV, WiFi, cabling, TVs, etc.
    • Manage email systems, storage, and backups
    • Advise on IT systems, platforms, licensing, and cost‑effective solutions
    • Ensure GDPR compliance across all IT systems and processes
    • Configure and maintain data security, storage, and recovery systems
    • Provide training and guidance on systems and tools
    • Source and liaise with specialist providers when needed

    • Ensure all systems operate at optimal performance

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong all‑round IT background (infrastructure, systems, and web)
  • Experience with Webflow and WordPress (essential)
  • Broad technical knowledge across hardware, software, and networks
  • Comfortable overseeing third‑party contractors
  • Naturally curious and passionate about technology
  • Reliable, flexible, and solutions‑focused
  • Able to think creatively and “outside the box”
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Interest in long‑term collaboration and growth

Working Structure & Compensation

Monthly retainer: £150 (starting budget)

Covers:

  • Ongoing support and troubleshooting
  • Weekly check‑in / briefing call
  • General availability and advisory
  • Occasional travel (where appropriate)

Additional projects (e.g. system overhauls, major installations, relocations) will be scoped and priced separately. As the business grows, the retainer will be reviewed and adjusted accordingly.

How to Apply

Please email us with:

  • A brief introduction about yourself
  • Relevant experience and examples of your work
  • An outline of the services you offer
