This is a permanent, full-time vacancy that will close on 25 May, 23:59 BST.
What you’ll be doing:
- Play a leading role in 3Keel’s Commodity Supply Chains business unit
- Deliver high quality project work for clients and uphold 3Keel’s standards for excellence and confidently lead project teams
- Manage medium-sized, or larger key accounts and projects with a high degree of autonomy and responsibility
- Manage 1-2 junior staff, providing them with support and guidance
- Potentially contribute to the development of product and/or forest risk traceability reporting methodology innovations for 3Keel as a business
- Hold key relationships with clients to provide sustained insight and impactful advice
- Lead on timely development and delivery of proposals for clients in private, public and civil society sectors
- Act as a trusted source of subject matter expertise around deforestation and traceability reporting in addition to a ‘commodity level specialist’
What we’re looking for:
- Senior-level consultancy experience
- Good existing knowledge of forest risk commodities, supply chain mapping and/or traceability reporting
- Line management skills and experience
- Ability to engage with and work across a range of client-based teams with different levels of technical understanding, perspectives and needs
- Experience and confidence in engaging with corporate clients, with an ability to accommodate a range of different business cultures and perspectives
- Influencing and negotiating skills to ensure that projects deliver the outcomes expected by clients and other key stakeholders; and ability to secure additional work and develop new business as appropriate
- Ability to deliver high quality client-facing presentations, and present technical information effectively to inform decision-making by non-technical senior managers (to MD level) within client organisations
- Adaptability to uncover new opportunities and tackle challenges that emerge
- Rapid research and distillation of complex topics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite tools, including Excel
- Clear and engaging writing style, excellent verbal communication and the ability to present complex information in a client-friendly way
- Organised and systematic approach to work
- Proficiency in project management
- Self-starter and driven
