Responsibilities
- Independently manage end‑to‑end project executions and lead a team of up to 3 people.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients and identify opportunities for client relationship building and development.
- Foster a high‑performance culture within the team by overseeing the day‑to‑day execution of client projects and guiding the individual development of junior colleagues.
- Lead workshops with various target audiences and present practical ways to achieve lasting results based on insights at team and client meetings.
- Work in complex, highly dynamic contexts as a project manager and also provide operational support by structuring analyses.
- Actively contribute ideas to the development of the company with the entire Strategy in Action team, participating in the advancement of our technologies, methods and consulting approaches.
Qualifications
- +3 years of professional experience at a top‑tier strategy consulting firm or in a reputed organisation with strategy experience.
- Master’s degree from a top university with an outstanding academic record (technical background is an advantage).
- An advanced degree or MBA is preferred.
- Proven track record of high performance and significant achievements in previous roles.
- Proven ability to influence partners and executives.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, knowledge and application of Lean Testing, MVPs, disciplined experimentation, etc.
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem‑solving skills.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in a team environment.
- Customer‑oriented, strong interpersonal skills to independently manage clients and teams.
- Initiative‑taker, willing to explore new paths and create opportunities for others.
- Availability for international travel.
