As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with Consultants, Project Leaders, and senior client stakeholders to help analyse data, develop insights and support the delivery of high-impact engagements. You will be exposed early to real client work, senior decision-makers, and cross-functional strategic challenges, with accelerated responsibility compared to traditional consulting firms.

What You’ll Do

  • Strategic Analysis & Problem Solving: Conduct research, collect data, and build structured analyses that support client decision-making. Translate complex data into clear insights, narratives and recommendations.
  • Client Interaction & Delivery: Present findings to internal teams and client stakeholders in clear, concise formats. Support workshops, working sessions and interviews with senior leaders. Contribute to thought leadership, internal problem-solving and continuous improvement. Support the growth of the Strategy in Action ecosystem, including product feedback and experimentation with AI-driven tools.
  • Ways of Working: Work in a non-hierarchical, collaborative environment with direct access to senior leaders. Travel occasionally across Europe and beyond based on project requirements.

Learning & Development

All Analysts join the 3H Learning Curve Programme, which includes:

Qualifications

  • Education: Degree in a quantitative, analytical or business-related field (e.g., Economics, Management, Engineering, STEM). Master’s is a plus but not required – strong Bachelor’s candidates with relevant work experience are equally encouraged to apply. Track record of strong academic performance (typically 2:1 or above, or international equivalent).
  • Experience: 0.5–2 years of relevant experience (consulting, strategy, analytics, PMO, finance, start-up roles).
  • Skills: Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. High attention to detail and structured thinking. Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (other analytical tools are a plus). Fluency in English and Italian is mandatory; additional languages are a plus. Strong sense of ownership and accountability. Curious, humble, and eager to learn. Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
