Company Description

At 3HORIZONS, we're reshaping what strategy means in the real world - not as a document, but as a force for impact. We are a global strategy consultancy trusted by leading organisations across industries: from multi-billion industrial powerhouses and pharmaceutical giants to cutting-edge manufacturers and even Super Bowl champions. Our mission is simple: help leadership teams close the gap between ambition and execution - faster, smarter, and more effectively than traditional consulting ever could.

The engine behind this transformation is the Strategy in Action System:

  • Enterprise-grade software that turns strategy into live, structured workflows
  • An AI intelligence engine that surfaces real-time insights, risks and opportunities
  • Certified experts who bring pace, challenge and alignment into every leadership room

Founded in 2005 and headquartered in London, with offices in New York, Turin and Nicosia, we bring together strategy consultants, industry experts and product innovators to deliver strategy with clarity, momentum and measurable results. We don't just advise - we co-create strategy and build strategic capability inside organisations, empowering teams long after the engagement ends. 3HORIZONS has been certified as a Great Place to Work® for 3 consecutive years.

The Role: Business Analyst

This is an excellent opportunity for a high-performing graduate or early-career professional to join a fast-growing, entrepreneurial strategy consultancy at the forefront of modern strategic execution. As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with Consultants, Project Leaders, and senior client stakeholders to help analyse data, develop insights and support the delivery of high-impact engagements. You will be exposed early to real client work, senior decision-makers, and cross-functional strategic challenges, with accelerated responsibility compared to traditional consulting firms.

What You'll Do

  • Strategic Analysis & Problem Solving: Conduct research, collect data, and build structured analyses that support client decision-making. Translate complex data into clear insights, narratives and recommendations.
  • Client Interaction & Delivery: Present findings to internal teams and client stakeholders in clear, concise formats. Support workshops, working sessions and interviews with senior leaders.
  • Entrepreneurial & Internal Development: Contribute to thought leadership, internal problem-solving and continuous improvement. Support the growth of the Strategy in Action ecosystem, including product feedback and experimentation with AI-driven tools.
  • Ways of Working: Work in a non-hierarchical, collaborative environment with direct access to senior leaders. Travel occasionally across Europe and beyond based on project requirements.

Why Join Us?

At 3HORIZONS, you will experience:

  • Fast progression through merit, not tenure
  • Immediate exposure to senior leaders and high-impact projects
  • Hands-on involvement in strategy and execution
  • A hybrid environment of consulting, product, AI and innovation
  • A culture of trust, ownership, humility and co-creation
  • A company recognised as a Great Place to Work® for the past three years
  • A competitive salary with bonus potential tied to performance

We invest heavily in your growth and expect you to take ownership of it.

Learning & Development

All Analysts join our 3H Learning Curve Programme, which includes:

  • Structured training in problem-solving & decision-making
  • Advanced communication (storytelling, writing, presenting)
  • Excel modelling and analytical techniques
  • Strategy development toolkit (Strategy in Action frameworks)
  • Exposure to AI-enabled insight generation
  • Sessions with business leaders, experts, designers and data scientists

You will also receive coaching from senior team members and frequent opportunities to lead workstreams as you grow.
