Job Description
The Role: Business Analyst
This is an excellent opportunity for a high-performing graduate or early‑career professional to join a fast-growing, entrepreneurial strategy consultancy at the forefront of modern strategic execution. As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with Consultants, Project Leaders, and senior client stakeholders to help analyse data, develop insights and support the delivery of high-impact engagements.
You will be exposed early toreal client work, senior decision-makers, and cross-functional strategic challenges, with accelerated responsibility compared to traditional consulting firms.What You’ll Do
Strategic Analysis & Problem Solving
- Conduct research, collect data, and build structured analyses that support client decision‑making
- Translate complex data into clear insights, narratives and recommendations
Client Interaction & Delivery
- Present findings to internal teams and client stakeholders in clear, concise formats
- Support workshops, working sessions and interviews with senior leaders
- Contribute to thought leadership, internal problem‑solving and continuous improvement
- Support the growth of the Strategy in Action ecosystem, including product feedback and experimentation with AI‑driven tools
Ways of Working
- Work in a non-hierarchical, collaborative environment with direct access to senior leaders
- Travel occasionally across Europe and beyond based on project requirements

Learning & Development
All Analysts join our3H Learning Curve Programme, which includes:
- Structured training in problem‑solving & decision‑making

Qualifications
Education:
- A degree in a quantitative, analytical or business-related field (e.g., Economics, Management, Engineering, STEM). AMaster’s is a plus but not required- strong Bachelor’s candidates with relevant work experience are equally encouraged to apply.
- A track record ofstrong academic performance(typically 2:1 or above, or international equivalent).
Experience:
- 0.5–2 years of relevant experience (consulting, strategy, analytics, PMO, finance, start‑up roles)
Skills:
- Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- High attention to detail and structured thinking
- Strong proficiency inExcelandPowerPoint(other analytical tools are a plus)
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Curious, humble, and eager to learn
- Comfort working in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills

Contract Type:Full‑time, permanent
Location:London, UK (with hybrid working flexibility)
Compensation:Competitive base salary (£42,000 - £48,500) + performance‑based annual bonus (up to 15%)
