We specialise in HMO property management, delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants through professionalism, communication and genuine care.
Today we professionally manage over 100 rooms and continue to grow. We're now looking for an exceptional Operations Manager to become the operational leader of our business.
What You'll Be Doing
No two days are ever the same. Typical responsibilities include
- Leading the operational team and weekly team meetings
- Reviewing occupancy, voids and upcoming move-ins
- Monitoring maintenance requests and ensuring prompt resolution
- Supporting the Property Coordinator with inspections, compliance and contractor management
- Working alongside the Customer Journey Coordinator to deliver an exceptional tenant experience
- Reviewing property compliance and licensing requirements
- Resolving escalated landlord and tenant issues
- Improving systems, processes and customer service
- Reporting operational performance directly to the Managing Director

What We're Looking For
You'll have
- Previous residential property management experience (HMO experience highly desirable)
- Experience leading or managing people
- Strong operational and organisational skills
- Experience coordinating maintenance and contractors
- Confidence making decisions and solving problems
- A proactive approach to leadership and continuous improvement

Essential Requirements
- Minimum three years' residential property management experience
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Willingness to travel between properties
