ROLE DETAIL

• Technical Input and Advice: Provide expert technical support and advice on all print and direct mail projects, ensuring the highest quality standards are met.
• Client Enquiries: Respond to all client inquiries promptly and professionally, addressing their needs and providing solutions where required.
• Collaboration with External and Internal Teams: Work closely with both external sales teams and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
• Documentation and Procedure Adherence: Maintain all project documentation according to company procedures and standards, ensuring compliance and accuracy at every stage.
• Quality Assurance: Support internal teams in ensuring the highest standard of quality is maintained throughout all deliverables, ensuring work is error-free before reaching clients.
• Invoicing and Commercials: Prepare and send invoices promptly, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Review project commercials regularly to ensure projects remain profitable and within budget.
