STRUCTURAL DESIGNER (POS / CARDBOARD / PRINT)

ROLE DETAILS
You will transform client briefs into innovative and practical display solutions, specialising in 3D cardboard and POS structures. Working on campaigns for major UK retailers, you will use your technical expertise to design, prototype, and deliver stand-out display concepts that are both creative and commercially viable.
- Create custom structural designs for retail, POS, and exhibition displays
- Use Kasemake and Adobe Suite to produce visuals, CAD drawings, and prototypes
- Produce accurate white and colour mock-ups for client approval
- Ensure designs are cost-effective, practical, and meet production specifications
- Stay up to date on industry trends and techniques
- Maintain high standards for safety, quality, and environmental responsibility
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes β Retail POS
- An awareness of value engineering and developing manufacturing efficiencies
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with designers and sales teams, ensuring that designs adhere to both client specification and retail guidelines
