ABOUT THE ROLE

We are a growing warehouse and distribution business focused on efficient storage, stock control, and order fulfilment. We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join our team. You will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the warehouse, ensuring goods are processed accurately, safely, and on time. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Goods In / Goods Out
  • Receive, check, and process incoming deliveries
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch
  • Load and unload vehicles safely
  • Stock Control
  • Move and store stock in the correct locations
  • Assist with stock checks and inventory accuracy
  • Report any stock discrepancies
  • Warehouse Operations
  • Use scanning equipment and basic warehouse systems
  • Maintain a clean and organised working environment
  • Follow daily work schedules and instructions
  • Health & Safety
  • Follow all health & safety procedures at all times
  • Work safely and support a safe warehouse environment
  • Report hazards or incidents immediately
