We are currently recruiting for a Print Finisher to join a growing print production business. This role is ideal for somebody with experience operating print finishing or production machinery within a manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for the final stages of the print process, ensuring products are completed accurately, checked to a high standard, and prepared for customer delivery. The position involves operating finishing equipment, monitoring quality, following production instructions, and working to production deadlines within a busy print environment.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate print finishing equipment including guillotines, laminators, folders, and binding machinery
- Cut, trim, fold, laminate, and package printed products
- Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet customer specifications
- Read and follow job tickets and production instructions
- Prioritise workloads to meet production deadlines
- Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Work closely with the wider production team to ensure smooth workflow
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE
- Experience within print finishing, print production, or manufacturing environments
- Comfortable operating finishing or production machinery
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to work within fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
