As part of their continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations and lead the warehouse team. As a full-time Warehouse Manager, you will play a key role in driving warehouse performance, maintaining operational standards, and ensuring customer requirements are met. You will be responsible for managing warehouse staff, monitoring productivity, and supporting the ongoing development of warehouse processes. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the day-to-day operation of the warehouse and warehouse team.
- Oversee goods-in, goods-out, storage, and dispatch activities.
- Ensure stock is handled, stored, and distributed efficiently.
- Lead, support, and develop warehouse personnel.
- Monitor team performance and productivity levels.
- Provide training and guidance to maintain operational standards.
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory control processes.
- Investigate stock discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Promote and maintain a safe working environment.
- Ensure all health & safety procedures and company policies are followed.
- Coordinate warehouse resources to meet business demands.
- Identify and resolve operational issues efficiently.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE
- Previous Warehouse Manager or Warehouse Supervisor experience.
- Experience working within a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Experience leading and developing warehouse teams.
- Knowledge of health & safety procedures within a warehouse environment.
- Ability to manage workload effectively within a fast-paced operation.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager, Warehouse Supervisor, or similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
