This role sits within a fast-growing branded merchandise and sourcing business delivering premium promotional products and bespoke merchandise solutions to global clients. The focus is on managing client relationships, overseeing merchandise projects from concept through to delivery, and working closely with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams to ensure exceptional execution. You will act as the key point of contact for client accounts, helping deliver creative merchandise campaigns across stock and custom-manufactured products. This is a commercially focused, hands-on role suited to someone who understands both branded merchandise and operational delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Manage and grow existing client accounts
- Take briefs and develop branded merchandise solutions
- Source products across UK, European, and overseas suppliers
- Manage quotations, sampling, production, and delivery timelines
- Coordinate with factories, logistics providers, and internal teams
- Support bespoke product development and custom manufacturing projects
- Ensure quality, compliance, and sustainability standards are met
- Maintain strong client communication throughout all project stages
- Identify opportunities for account growth and repeat business
- Experience within promotional merchandise or branded products
- Strong account management and client-facing experience
- Knowledge of sourcing and product procurement
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Commercial awareness with excellent organisational skills
- Strong understanding of promotional product production and delivery
- Experience working within promotional merchandise, branded products, print, packaging, or sourcing industries
- Strong understanding of both stock promotional items and bespoke manufacturing processes
