About the Role: 3E is seeking a proactive, entrepreneurial Sales Executive to join our Commercial team and drive growth across the DACH region, with a strong focus on Germany, Switzerland, and Austria. In this high-impact role, you will build and own a self-generated pipeline, pursue new logo opportunities, and develop strong relationships with decision-makers across complex manufacturing environments, including chemical manufacturing, industrial manufacturing, and related enterprise markets. This role is built for a true hunter: someone energized by outbound prospecting, strategic market mapping, cold outreach, and opening doors in complex B2B sales cycles. You will sell 3E’s full suite of SaaS and regulatory compliance solutions, partnering with internal experts to align our offerings with customer needs and strategic business priorities. What You’ll Do:
- Drive Enterprise Growth: Lead new business sales across our three core product families—Chemical & Workplace Safety, Product Safety & Stewardship, and Supply Chain & Sustainability—targeting large, complex enterprise organizations.
- Generate and Scale Pipeline: Proactively build and expand a self-generated pipeline by leveraging strategic market mapping, personalized outreach, and your established enterprise network to drive sustained revenue growth.
- Own the Enterprise Sales Cycle: Manage complex sales cycles end-to-end—from initial discovery to contract closure—partnering with internal subject matter experts to deliver value-driven solutions, cross-sell across product lines, and exceed ambitious revenue targets.
- Engage, Expand, and Elevate Relationships: Initiate and lead high-impact conversations with C-level executives and key decision-makers, aligning 3E’s innovative solutions with their strategic business goals to create long-term, high-value partnerships.
- Master Consultative Selling: Work closely with our industry experts to craft tailored proposals, manage product trials, and ensure solution alignment with client needs, positioning 3E as a trusted advisor in a rapidly evolving market.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- Fluency in German is required; native or near-native German language skills are strongly preferred.
- 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience, ideally selling complex SaaS, information services, regulatory compliance, EHS, supply chain, sustainability, or related enterprise solutions.
- Proven success as an individual contributor with a strong record of meeting or exceeding quota.
- Experience closing five- to six-figure deals using a consultative selling approach.
- Demonstrated hunter mindset with the ability to self-source, develop, and close new business opportunities.
- Experience selling into complex organizations with multiple stakeholders and longer sales cycles.
- Strong territory management skills, with the ability to prioritize high-value opportunities across a large addressable market.
- Confidence working remotely as a self-starter, with the maturity and discipline to manage your own activity, pipeline, and results.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Experience using Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar CRM and prospecting platforms.
