About the Team The Project Management Function manages client relationships and day-to-day activities, ensuring Medidata delivers quality projects on time and within budget through effective resource management. Responsibilities Reporting to our Director, Client Services, focusing on our CTMS / CTFM suite, you will: Collaborate with internal and external resources to achieve project objectives Lead complex projects or programs of projects with clients Track deliverables and maintain current documentation Manage client expectations and communications to ensure satisfaction Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, and milestones Manage financials, including forecasting, budgeting, and invoicing accuracy Maintain accurate project documentation Coordinate work requests across departments Document meetings and follow up on action items Manage issues and risks with resolution and mitigation strategies Communicate effectively with stakeholders Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and quality systems Support sales and change order processes Deliver workshops and lead client meetings Qualifications Experience in clinical research (pharma/device/biotech) and SaaS technology Ability to work independently on routine tasks and with minimal guidance on complex tasks Stakeholder communication and engagement skills Proactive issue and risk management Ability to suggest improvements to add value Experience mentoring team members Proficiency in creating and delivering presentations Medidata offers competitive total rewards, including base salary, commissions, bonuses, and comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, life, disability insurance, a pension plan, and over 25 paid holidays annually. #LI-AB1 #LI-Hybrid Inclusion Statement As a leader in sustainable technology and innovation, Dassault Systèmes strives to build inclusive and diverse teams worldwide.
