An exciting opportunity has arisen for a capable Managing Director to join a growing, deep-tech company at the forefront of Additive Manufacturing and Industrial Innovation.
We are looking for a dynamic leader with the ability to set strategic direction, drive commercial success, and inspire a high-performing team through the company’s next stage of growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and deliver strategic growth plans, aligning operations, technology, and business development.
- Lead commercial activities, including sales, marketing, partnerships, and brand positioning.
- Oversee financial management, including forecasting, reporting, and investor relations.
- Play a pivotal role in fundraising and capital raising to accelerate expansion.
- Build and nurture a motivated, high-performing team through talent acquisition, development, and retention.

- Ideal Candidate
