3D Personnel are currently looking for Working Black Hat Supervisors with strong civils and groundworks experience for construction projects in West Silvertown, London.
The day-to-day duties will consist of:
- Supervising site operatives and subcontractors while remaining hands-on with civils and groundworks activities
- Ensuring all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to programme
- Coordinating daily site operations and liaising with the site management team
- Reading and interpreting drawings and ensuring work is completed to specification
- Monitoring health and safety standards and ensuring compliance across the site
- Organising labour, plant, and materials to maintain productivity
- Carrying out groundwork and civil engineering tasks as required
- Reporting progress, site issues, and any health and safety concerns to site management
- Conducting work in accordance with industry health and safety standards
Requirements
- Must hold a valid Black CSCS Card
- SSSTS or SMSTS qualification is preferred
- Strong civils and groundworks experience is essential
- Previous experience working as a Working Supervisor on construction or civil engineering projects
- Ability to lead a team while remaining hands-on when required
- Must be hard working, reliable, and driven
- Must have valid ID/Passport
- Must have full PPE (Hard hat, hi-vis, and safety boots)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
