3D Personnel is currently looking for a Welfare cleaner for a construction project in Orpington.
Day‑to‑Day Duties
- Moving materials
- Keeping the site clean and tidy
- Unloading deliveries
- Supporting other trades on site
- Performing all required duties on site as instructed by the site management team
- Conduct work according to industry health and safety standards
- Cleaning site cabins, offices, reception areas, canteens, kitchen facilities, toilets, corridors and communal areas
- Emptying bins, taking out rubbish and recycling
- Wiping down and sanitising surfaces
- Cleaning, sanitising, and stocking restrooms, kitchen area
- Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming the floors
- Keeping all communal site toilets and washing facilities clean
- Keeping the drying room generally clean
Requirements
- Must hold a valid CSCS Card
- Must be hard‑working and driven
- Must have valid ID/Passport
- Must have full PPE (hard hat, hi‑vis, and safety boots)
