3D Personnel are currently looking for a Tractor Operator for a construction project in Havant.
Day‑to‑Day Duties
- Operating tractors and associated machinery safely on site
- Carrying out site clearance and ground preparation works
- Transporting materials and equipment around site
- Supporting groundworks and landscaping operations
- Conducting daily checks and basic maintenance of machinery
- Loading and unloading materials when required
- Collaborating with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to specifications
- Following safety guidelines and maintaining a clean work area
- Performing all required duties on site as instructed by the site management team
- Conduct work according to industry health and safety standards
Requirements
- Must hold a valid CPCS or NPORS Tractor Operator ticket
- Must be able to pass a site drugs and alcohol test
- Must have previous experience operating tractors on construction sites
- Must be hard working and driven
- Must have valid ID/Passport
- Must have full PPE (Hard hat, hi‑vis, and safety boots)
