Duties
- Develop and deliver training programmes for crane operation, focusing on safety protocols and operational efficiency.
- Assess trainee performance through practical demonstrations and theoretical examinations.
- Provide hands‑on instruction in the operation of various types of cranes, including flatbed cranes.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of industry regulations and best practices related to crane operation.
- Collaborate with management to improve training materials and methodologies.
- Ensure all training equipment is maintained in good working order and is compliant with safety standards.

Experience & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a crane operator with a valid operator's licence.
- Background in commercial driving or delivery driver experience is advantageous.
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to crane operations and maintenance.
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred, demonstrating familiarity with logistics operations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively instruct trainees.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self‑motivated.
- Must have relevant tickets and experience (Blue card).
- References are mandatory.
- Safety Medical also a requirement.
