To qualify for the higher pay rate, candidates must have:

1. Valid CSR/CSCS card for over 3 years
2. Experience in a similar position
3. References available

Additional requirements include:

• Valid ID/Passport
• Full PPE (Hard hat, hi-vis, safety boots)

Responsibilities

• Working alongside the site foreman
• Adhering to health and safety guidelines
