3D Personnel are recruiting experienced Quality Controllers (Flange/Bolting) for a major refinery turnaround project at Fawley Refinery, working on behalf of a leading European industrial engineering contractor. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-profile turnaround project delivering essential works within one of the UK's largest refinery environments, ensuring flange management and bolted connections meet the highest quality and safety standards.
The Role
- Inspecting and verifying bolted flange connections
- Ensuring flange management procedures are followed throughout the turnaround
- Recording inspection findings and completing quality documentation
- Working closely with Mechanical Supervisors and Pipefitting teams
- Verifying torque and tightening procedures
- Maintaining compliance with client quality standards and project specifications
Requirements
- Previous refinery, petrochemical, power generation or heavy industrial experience
- Experience in flange management and bolting inspection
- Relevant mechanical or quality qualifications
- Valid CCNSG Safety Passport
- Ability to pass mandatory Drug & Alcohol screening and site medical requirements
- Right to work in the UK
