3D Personnel are currently looking for Non-Working Supervisors with strong civils and groundworks experience for construction projects in West Silvertown, London. The day-to-day duties will consist of:
- Supervising all civils and groundworks activities across the site
- Managing site operatives and subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to programme
- Coordinating daily site operations and liaising with the site management team
- Monitoring progress and ensuring all work is carried out to specification and project deadlines
- Reading and interpreting drawings, RAMS, and project documentation
- Maintaining high standards of health, safety, and quality across the site
- Planning and allocating labour, plant, and materials effectively
- Identifying and resolving site issues while reporting progress to the site management team
- Conducting work in accordance with industry health and safety standards
Requirements:
- Must hold a valid Black CSCS Card
- SSSTS or SMSTS qualification is essential
- Strong civils and groundworks experience is essential
- Previous experience as a Non-Working Supervisor on construction or civil engineering projects
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors effectively
- Must be hard working, reliable, and driven
- Must have valid ID/Passport
- Must have full PPE (Hard hat, hi-vis, and safety boots)
