Senior Quantity Surveyor - Gosport
3D Personnel are recruiting for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join an established main contractor delivering a major mixed-use development in Gosport.
The scheme includes new-build residential, refurbishment, commercial and leisure elements and forms part of a significant long-term regeneration project.
Key responsibilities:
- Commercial management of subcontract packages
- Procurement and subcontractor management
- Applications, valuations and cost reporting
- Variations and change management
- Forecasting and reporting to the senior commercial team
- Working closely with the site and project delivery teams
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Main contractor background preferred
- Strong residential, mixed-use or major project experience
- Excellent commercial and subcontract management skills
- Relevant construction or quantity surveying qualification preferred
