A prestigious luxury hotel known for its seamless blend of heritage charm and contemporary hospitality is currently seeking an accomplished Food & Beverage Operations Manager to lead their dynamic F&B division. This is a rare opportunity to step into a senior leadership role within an award-winning establishment that continues to set the standard for excellence in guest service and culinary experiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, and private events—ensuring consistently high standards of service, product quality, and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage F&B, driving operational excellence and exceptional guest experiences;
- Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning, financial performance, and service innovation;
- Develop and mentor a high-performing team through training, coaching, and professional development;
- Oversee cost control, supplier relationships, and contract negotiations to meet financial targets;
- Partner with the Executive Chef and Events team to evolve menus and deliver outstanding private dining experiences;
- Ensure full compliance with licensing, health & safety, and hygiene regulations;
Candidate Profile:
- Significant experience in a senior F&B management role, ideally within a 4-5 star hotel or premium hospitality group;
- Proven track record in leading large-scale operations, managing budgets, and delivering guest-centric service;
- Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach and passion for mentoring talent;
- Commercially astute with experience in forecasting, cost control, and performance reporting;
- Familiarity with hotel management systems such as HOTSoft or Volante is preferred;
- In-depth knowledge of current food trends, regulatory requirements, and luxury service standards.
