3D Personnel are looking for an experienced Finishing Foreman to join our client on a modular construction project in Romford. Our client is a leading specialist in off-site manufacturing and modular construction, delivering high-quality projects across the education, healthcare, residential and commercial sectors. Due to project demands, they are looking for an experienced Finishing Foreman to drive the final stages of construction through to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all finishing trades to achieve exceptional quality standards.
  • Coordinate snagging, inspections and handover activities.
  • Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and on programme.
  • Liaise with subcontractors, site management and client representatives.
  • Drive projects through to practical completion and client handover.

About You

  • Previous experience as a Finishing Foreman on modular construction projects.
  • Strong eye for detail and commitment to quality.
  • Experience managing finishing trades and snagging processes.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Available to start on a contract basis.
