3D Personnel are currently looking for a Counterbalance Forklift Driver for a construction project in Winchester. The day-to-day duties will consist of:
- Operating the Counterbalance Forklift in a safe and efficient manner
- Loading, unloading, and moving materials around the site
- Assisting with deliveries and ensuring materials are stored correctly
- Supporting trades and subcontractors with the movement of materials and equipment
- Performing all required duties on site as instructed by the site management team
- Operating the forklift in accordance with site risk assessments and company procedures
- Carrying out daily checks and inspections of the allocated forklift to ensure it remains safe, reliable, and presentable
- Co-operating and communicating with all site personnel, including banksmen, traffic marshals, and site management
- Maintaining a clean and organised working area
- Conducting all work in accordance with industry health and safety standards
Requirements:
- Must hold a valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (CPCS, NPORS, RTITB, ITSSAR, or equivalent)
- Must be hard-working, reliable, and driven
- Must have valid ID/Passport
- Must have full PPE (Hard hat, Hi-Vis vest, and safety boots)
- Must have previous experience operating a Counterbalance Forklift on a construction site, warehouse, or industrial project
- Good understanding of site health and safety procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
