Welfare Cleaner required for a construction project.

Location: Dunmow. This is a long term temporary role. Rate: £16.50/hr. Must have an in-date CSCS card.

Responsibilities:
  • Site cabins/offices and reception areas
  • Canteen/kitchen facilities
  • Toilets
  • Corridors
  • Communal areas
  • Emptying the bins, taking out the rubbish and recycling
  • Wiping down and sanitizing surfaces
  • Cleaning, sanitizing, and stocking restrooms/kitchen area
  • Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming the floors
  • Keeping all communal site toilets and washing facilities clean
  • Keeping drying room in general state of cleanness
Experience and Qualifications:
  • Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
  • CSCS Card
  • Good understanding of cleaning products and their uses in relevant areas, and knowledge of cleaning materials and how to use equipment such as mop, brushes, vacuum cleaners
  • Ability to lift and move equipment and work independently, including emptying bins and disposing of larger waste items
  • Flexibility to work before site opens, during site hours, or after site closes depending on access to communal areas
  • Valid ID/Passport
  • Full PPE (Hard hat, hi-vis and safety boots)

If you don't have a CSCS card but have relevant experience, there could be opportunities to work in communal areas prior to entering the live site.
