3D Personnel are currently looking for a Dozer Driver for a construction project in Havant. The day-to-day duties will consist of:

  • Operating a bulldozer safely and efficiently on site
  • Carrying out earthmoving, grading, and levelling works
  • Clearing and preparing land for construction activities
  • Spreading and compacting materials as required
  • Following site plans and instructions to achieve accurate ground levels
  • Performing routine checks and basic maintenance on machinery
  • Working alongside site managers and other trades to meet project deadlines
  • Adhering to all site health and safety regulations
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working area
  • Performing all required duties as instructed by the site management team

Requirements:

  • Must hold a valid CPCS or NPORS Card for Dozer operation
  • Previous experience operating a dozer on construction sites
  • Good understanding of site safety and groundworks
  • Must be hard working and driven
  • Must have valid ID/Passport
  • Must have full PPE (Hard hat, hi-vis, and safety boots)
