3D Recruit are currently recruiting for Teaching Assistants to work in primary schools in Maidstone and surrounding areas. We can offer short term and long term cover, full time or part time. Now is a great time to get in contact, to secure a job for September.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the lead teacher in delivering educational content and engaging students in learning activities.
- Provide support to children with special needs, including those with autism, ensuring an inclusive environment.
- Facilitate tutoring and mentoring sessions to enhance students' understanding of subjects.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to foster a positive learning atmosphere.
- Observe and report on student progress, adapting teaching methods as necessary.
