On behalf of my client, I am recruiting for a Civils Site Agent to work on ongoing projects on marine and flood protection schemes ranging from £10M-£50M. The successful candidate will report to the Project Manager and be an integral part of the management team working on the delivery of our projects throughout the UK.
Responsibilities as Site Agent include:
- Managing one site or a section of a larger site as part of a wider team, including safety, health, environmental, quality, programme, resource, commercial and contractual aspects.
- Ensuring that the project programme is available and communicated to the supply chain prior to work commencing.
- Chairing subcontractor progress meetings, preparing minutes and circulating them.
- Communicating programme risks to the management team and maintaining records for contractual correspondence.
Requirements:
- BSc (Hons) in Civil Engineering or equivalent in a related field.
- Willingness to work and travel throughout the UK.
- Previous experience working on marine and/or flood protection projects.
