This is an exciting and crucial role to provide a high-quality Board Secretarial Function and support the Chair and Executive Leadership Team (ELT) by ensuring efficient coordination, communication and administrative support.
Essential Criteria
- Have obtained a relevant higher level business administration qualification.
- At least one year's relevant corporate governance or administration experience.
- Experience of using IT and core management information systems to extrapolate and present data and provide analysis.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email/calendar).
Desirable Criteria
- Educated to degree level standard or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
- Be willing or have obtained a relevant Corporate Governance qualification such as International Certified Corporate Governance Officer.
- Demonstrable proficiency in using emerging AI tools and automation solutions to improve executive efficiency while maintaining confidentiality and data protection standards.
