3D Personnel is seeking a Facade Manager to join a signature large-scale mixed development.
You will report to the Contracts Director and take full ownership of the facade, brickwork and roofing packages, coordinating facade elements across the project and managing subcontractors to ensure timely delivery.
You must have worked on major schemes in offices, residential, hotels or mixed-use developments, with excellent communication skills and a proactive, organised approach.
