I'm currently recruiting for a leading residential contractor who is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Site Manager for a flagship housing development in Derry.
Project Overview This exciting scheme comprises 255 residential units, including: 8 Detached Homes 180 Semi-Detached Homes 15 Townhouses 52 Apartments Public Open Space Equipped Children's Play Area This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established contractor on a long-term, high-profile residential project.
The Role As Site Manager, you'll be responsible for: Managing the day-to-day running of the site Coordinating subcontractors and site teams Ensuring health & safety, quality, and programme targets are achieved Maintaining excellent site standards Reporting progress to senior management What We're Looking For ?
Previous experience delivering residential developments ?
Strong leadership and communication skills ?
SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid (essential) ?
