My Client is a leading infrastructure, construction, and property services company in the UK. We help our customers and the communities they serve benefit from resilient infrastructure, affordable homes, and improved living spaces that are fit for the future.
Main Duties:
- The Contract Manager would be responsible for 4 or 5 jobs at any one time.
- They would be responsible for Build Programmes and developing these.
- Health & Safety on site.
- Managing the site team and having them report into them.
- Dealing with clients.
- Cashflow / commercial awareness.
Ideally, Contracts Managers would have a background in planned maintenance and have experience in SHDF.
Salary: Β£80k-90k plus package, including Car Allowance, Pension, BUPA, etc.
