3D Personnel are currently looking for a Counterbalance Forklift Driver for a construction project in Winchester. The day-to-day duties will consist of:

  • Operating the Counterbalance Forklift in a safe and efficient manner
  • Loading, unloading, and moving materials around the site
  • Assisting with deliveries and ensuring materials are stored correctly
  • Supporting trades and subcontractors with the movement of materials and equipment
  • Performing all required duties on site as instructed by the site management team
  • Operating the forklift in accordance with site risk assessments and company procedures
  • Carrying out daily checks and inspections of the allocated forklift to ensure it remains safe, reliable, and presentable
  • Co-operating and communicating with all site personnel, including banksmen, traffic marshals, and site management
  • Maintaining a clean and organised working area
  • Conducting all work in accordance with industry health and safety standards

Requirements:

  • Must hold a valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (CPCS, NPORS, RTITB, ITSSAR, or equivalent)
  • Must be hard-working, reliable, and driven
  • Must have valid ID/Passport
  • Must have full PPE (Hard hat, Hi-Vis vest, and safety boots)
  • Must have previous experience operating a Counterbalance Forklift on a construction site, warehouse, or industrial project
  • Good understanding of site health and safety procedures
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
