Our client is on the lookout for a proactive Warehouse Co-ordinator to join our busy team across our Buncrana and Lisfannon sites. This is a full-time, permanent role where you\’ll play a crucial part in making sure our operations run smoothly, efficiently, and with the utmost care for our stock, customers, and team.
What you\’ll be doing:
Managing all goods inwards and outwards – receiving, checking, documenting, and reporting deliveries
Picking and packing customer and web orders with precision and speed
Keeping stock organised, labelled, and up-to-date on our EPOS system
Handling returns and credit claims and liaising with Credit Control and Accounts
Operating a forklift in the warehouse and yard
Supporting merchandising, sales, and in-store displays
Working closely with the Sales Manager, General Manager, Delivery Drivers, and wider teamKeeping it Clean:
Maintain a tidy, safe, and well-organised warehouse environment
Support daily store cleaning with the wider team
Adhere to safety protocols, including correct clothing, safe storage, and end-of-day proceduresTeamwork & Communication:
Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth delivery operations
Support customer service and maintain a positive, can-do attitude when dealing with customers
Communicate clearly and consistently with all stakeholders
Attend team meetings and contribute ideas, feedback, and solutionsWhat we\’re looking for:

Forklift experience (bonus if certified)
