3D Personnel are looking for Stock Condition Surveyors that can also do DEA Assessments on Houses and Flats in Portsmouth.
3D Personnel are working with a large property surveying consultancy who have a project in Portsmouth to survey and assess over 9000 properties before September 2026.
The role will be to report on the condition of properties and assess repairs as well as conduct a Domestic Energy Assessment (DEA) report. You will be in control of managing your workload and ideally conducting a minimum of 30 surveys per week.
You can work as many days as you wish (most surveyors working 4 days per week, conducting 30+ surveys).
All additional training will be provided.
This role will suit anyone from a construction / retrofit / surveying / housing association / voids & repairs / maintenance background.
You will be paid:
- £50 per survey on a house
- £40 per survey on a flat
