3D Personnel are recruiting experienced Pipefitter Chargehands for a major refinery turnaround project at Fawley Refinery, working on behalf of a leading European industrial engineering contractor. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-profile turnaround project delivering essential works within one of the UK's largest refinery environments. We welcome applications from experienced individuals as well as established pipefitting gangs looking to mobilise together.

The Role

  • Leading Pipefitter teams across designated work areas
  • Installing and assembling carbon steel and stainless steel pipework
  • Reading and interpreting isometric drawings
  • Coordinating daily activities with Mechanical Supervisors
  • Ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to specification
  • Supporting quality inspections and handover activities

Requirements

  • Previous refinery, petrochemical, power generation or heavy industrial experience
  • Proven experience working as a Pipefitter Chargehand
  • Ability to read and interpret isometric drawings
  • Relevant trade qualifications
  • Valid CCNSG Safety Passport
  • Ability to pass mandatory Drug & Alcohol screening and site medical requirements
  • Right to work in the UK
