Senior Quantity Surveyor (MEP & CSA) - Data Centre Project | Blyth, Northumberland
We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor (MEP & CSA) to join a leading data centre delivery team, based in Blyth, Northumberland. This is a senior commercial role on a major new data centre project in Blyth, Northumberland.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead commercial management of MEP and CSA packages
- Manage procurement, valuations and cost reporting
- Manage variations, change control and final accounts
- Support and mentor QS team members
- Report commercial performance to project leadership
Skills & Qualifications
- Significant QS experience with a main contractor
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar
- Experience across both MEP and CSA packages
- Data centre or mission-critical experience preferred
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
